Yest went kite flying at marina south. It has been quite some time since i been there & never once had i tried flying a kite so juz went there & have fun. Reached there at ard 1++pm & the whole place is like a deserted piece of land (we went there too early...really....) The big piece of land in front of the steamboat shops which i so vividly remembered was now cut into half with the marina developments...Soon,gone were the days where we can enjoy steamboat and kite flying =(
Anw, we went there..took the wrong bus...took the right bus aft tat...bought 2 kites from the only shop tat seems to be opened...put down our bags & start flying!! Josh & wuhong were quite good at tat while the rest of us..well..cheered at the very moment our kites managed to stay in the sky for a few mins..yeah!!! ^.^
Tired...we took some newspaper (& an old rug from the kind boss) & sat down to enjoy the food that teo peng prepared..haha not bad. Aft tat the daily rain came & we went to marina sq to shop a little b4 going back..
Had a fun day...it has been quite some time since i got myself tanned (a little haha...) A few more days & it's x'mas!! Spent a lot of $$$ on presents & shopping lately..whoo...Shld start saving a little soon...i try..hahas
