Yesterday was KE's DnD. The event was held at the Laguna National Golf & Country Club. Didn't go for the event as most of my friend weren't going too thus instead we planned for our very own DnM (dinner & movie)! Only a few of us went. As we waited for each other in the longue, we saw many formally dressed people walking past us. One even wore a traditional Korean costume which was so beautiful & grand! On the other hand, we were dressed in our usual clothing but who cares? Dress code for DnM: Casual!
We went Crystal Jade at Suntec to have our dinner. As we need to wait for seats, we went circling at the fountain of wealth. it is believed that circling the fountain 3 times will bring wealth & fortune to the person (oh $$$.. :p) Once in the restuarant, each of us ordered a bowl of noodles & 4 baskets of xiao long bao. Ordered a bowl of dan dan mian which i had difficulty finishing in the end as the thick peanut soup makes swallowing a bit difficult towards the end. The xiao long baos on the other hand were juicy & yummy
After that we went walking around in suntec. The guys each brought a bag at a promotion counter near the exit which they proudly flaunt at the stairs leading to citylink. How embarassing & hilarious!

We then went back to hall for the movie. Brought some vanilla ice-cream & root beer to make ice-cream float later as we watched. Borrowed a friend's laptop to watch Pirates of the Carribean 2 in F2 lounge. In the end, everyone except Eric fell asleep after part 1 of the movie (perhaps we were too tired as it was 1am that time). Yawnz..and that concludes our DnM night... Although we didn't went to anywhere fancy but i am sure we enjoyed ourselves a lot, guess much better than we would if we would to go for DnD (no offences to the DnD comm though :P)
